    I have been with this company for many years to build up my credit. It has changed many people over the years and I have to say this last couple years customer service from the employees is horrible.

    Janelle is very rude , Literally im telling her that I don’t have no money and she sits on the phone and argues with me about my payment I told her the prior day that I will just be paying off the loan on my pay day which is 4 days away , She wouldn’t let me speak while on the phone talking to her , & also told me she counsels give me information about my loaning worse loan ever I have 3 out and the other too works with you but this company will take your very last 10$ but won’t help in a payment arrangement or a couple day extension . Will be paying off and never ever going back . Then lied about setting up a time to come in the store when we just agreed on that I pay the late fee on top of what I owe already , & will also let people know what happen to me worst EVER !!!!!!!! Wish I couldn’t even give a star

    They will contact your dead relatives looking for you. They will harass you on the job and will even come to your house. Dont do business with them. And don't even get me started on the rates they charge. If you wanna drown go ahead.
