I had the pleasure to experience the best service I've received at this Verizon location!
Kyle greeted us, set-up a business line with a transfer from a personal line, and Trent came in and provided additional discounts on an AIR 17 for her woman owned SMB.
It's always a pain to transfer data but this was seamless. I highly recommend Verizon and ask for one of these 2 gentlemen, pretty sure you'll get the same exemplary service me and my fiancée did from Kyle and Trent!

I had an excellent experience at the Verizon Wireless store! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the right plan and device for my needs. They took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question with patience, and never made me feel rushed.
The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. What really stood out was the customer service—everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely wanted to help. I left feeling confident with my purchase and happy with how smooth the whole process was.

Kyle and Shane helped my girlfriend and I switch my T-Mobile service to Verizon, worked all the angles to get us the best deal possible and got us our Internet for our new place. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to make a switch to Verizon, and go to the store.

so i get a brand new phone that doesn't work.. how is it that you hand someone a bag with 2 phones which cost 1299 each with out making sure they turn on. You would have checked before you stopped letting people in the store but now you just grab them hand them over with out checking them... i called tech support they couldn't help after i waited for 1hr on hold then 1hr of them asking me to keep turning it off they tell its a dud and i have go back to the store and hope it works out this time...
