We spoke to a representative from Verizon, told us to take the phone to the store in zanesville they would look at it and replace or have it fixed. Joey was unprofessional,rude said we didn't have insurance, said I haven't made an order for a new phone. I had the order number gave it to him and said it didn't show up. Called Verizon corporate and they told me he had been complained about before. Big suprise there. She said he basically was just to lazy to call corporate and get it taken care of because he wouldn't make commission off of it. Do not waist your time with these people.

There was the tan guy in the corner left of the entrance by where they store the phones, has nothing but an attitude towards me and my dad that came in. I gave my phone up shortly after activating it due to him so if you see this champ I thank you for showing your true colors. Still haven’t received my return check yet either. Long story short avoid the attitude and bs from this location and look elsewhere. I went back to my flip phone before I’ll deal with that disrespectful behavior any further. The fact he left a couple that needed help just to come have an argument over the sale of a phone. Poor attitude and poor customer support. Go to t-mobile or AT&T they will do better than them.
