- KHKrista HollandJan 5, 20261.0My wife and my daughter went to the Wooster OH store, both purchased new watches. Erik was the person helping them, and I use the term "help" very lightly. They were charged a $100 set up fee and they set up their own watches. My wife then had to return her watch, same man "helped her" today with the assistance of the Asst. Manager Charlie, neither of which took the time to help her, other than to walk up to her and ask her how it was going with the setup. If people are a waste of your time, DO NOT take a job in a customer assistance roll. Life is short and time is money, but generosity and respect go a long way, have the day you deserve gentlemen.
