- BLBrooke LeighDec 29, 20252.0To be quite honest, this VCA is a joke compared to the Sawmill location. I used that one frequently but moved to the Westerville area and it seemed like a harmless change; what could be so different? That was a mistake to assume. I’ve had nothing but issues when it comes to ordering and getting my dog’s prescription food and other medications. I shouldn’t have to be fighting with the vet office for months to feed my dog at an extreme high price rate, and I shouldn’t have to be dealing with condescending attitudes when staff messes up continuously. Save yourself the headache and go to VCA Sawmill for much better care.

He made us feel at ease and took such good care of Penny. He made us a fan very quickly. Thank you so much for all of the information you gave and and the great care you took of our fur baby!!
- KGKirsten GamertsfelderDec 8, 20255.0Love this place! I used to work there, they have a great care plan that you can sign your dog up for which takes care of all of their vaccines and basic blood work every year. The doctors are very reasonable. I still currently take my dogs there.

Dr. Becket and Dr. Fenderbosch are absolutely amazing with my Working Class Canines. The Wealth of Information provided without feeling pressured/pushed into purchases is worth the visit alone. Becket is extremely familiar with Working Class Breeds and I believe provides care for the Franklin County K9s. Over the top front of the house but just overall great insight and medical care from their Techs and Veterinarian's. Super clean, normal pricing, great typical office service but man....their Veterinarian LineUp is 5+ start worthy. I'll be at this clinic until they retire.
