We live 2.5 hours away and she couldn't ve without a phone for days (we had bought her a new one from verizon) I took both phones with me. Old and new to have everything moved over. I had the old account info to move the number. All of it. When I went in the sales lady was rude and didn't want to help me. She said well you can do this all on your own and gave me a piece of paper with a number to call. And walked away. We eneded having to call the location near us (lapeer michigan) our sales rep there did it for us since now my grandma had her new and old phone and my mom had to help her. Just because she didn't want to do her job it made everything hard and stressful for my 93 year old grandma. For how much we spent and the bill you'd think they'd want to help their customers
