Instead of getting a clear answer, I was given different answers every time. The process was unnecessarily complicated, time-wasting, and confusing. It honestly felt like I was being misled rather than helped. This level of inconsistency is very unprofessional. If I were planning to change my plan or provider, I wouldn’t hesitate after this experience.

I watched a sales associate tell a customer no one wants to stay over so that they could get a phone & that everyone on the clock were ready to go home. I watched the customer tell her that she would like someone else to help her and she proceeded to tell her she would ask her to leave. This is no way to service your costumers, you don’t tell your customer that you’re ready to go home an entire hour before close time. The entire management decided to team with their sales associate instead of taking accountability for terrible costumer service.
