I watched a sales associate tell a customer no one wants to stay over so that they could get a phone & that everyone on the clock were ready to go home. I watched the customer tell her that she would like someone else to help her and she proceeded to tell her she would ask her to leave. This is no way to service your costumers, you don’t tell your customer that you’re ready to go home an entire hour before close time. The entire management decided to team with their sales associate instead of taking accountability for terrible costumer service.

This store is the worst i wouldn't take ur business here or even to Verizon.. I switched from T-Mobile.. it took 4 months for them to pay off my phone .. my husband updated his phone now telling us we have to return the phone because it wasn't a part of the New upgrade .. DONT WASTE UR TIME AT THIS STORE ! THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING !

Our son passed in July and it took 4 phone calls and 2 visits to the corporate office and 2 visits to stores nearby. This is beyond ridiculous having to recount the death of our son each time. We are looking into other cell service.
