I went in to add a line to my plan and was assured multiple times by an older lady (probably the same one mentioned in other negative reviews who left us to smoke a cigarette multiple times) that our plan would get cheaper. She wrote down exactly what our bill would be after the initial fees were paid and promised me it would be that for the remainder of our plan. That was not the case, our bill was supposed to go down $20 and instead went up $80 and has been that way since. I’m still extremely frustrated about this. After dealing with this store I called Verizon and was basically told I got scammed. I would be careful dealing with anyone here.
