There was a promo where I got a free Apple Watch with connection, the system kept messing up when he put the Apple Watch in. It was taking a while so I left and he called me when they were finished. He stayed a little over 2 hours after close to make sure I had phones to go home with. Kelly and John were so kind. Although, it was NOT their fault it took a while, the waiting process was pleasant and they made sure I had my new phones that night.
