Just be aware All I wanted to do was payoff my phone and got another phone.800 hundred dollars out of pocket for you guys to shut off both of my phones. I'm a truck driver and I rely on my phone for GPS and phone calls. I've had nothing but problems out of Verizon it's very hard to communicate with foreign ppl. I pay my phone bill on time every month and I have the unlimited ultimate plan. I've I need my phone turned back on.
