    I was absolutely LIED to about everything to switch to them! I found out the lies and canceled the very next day and had the phones returned to sender before I got them. They promised to cxel order etc. they received the phones back, but still ported over my numbers after they promised they wouldn't. I spent 2 days without a phone number & SOOOO many hours w customer service and in the store and no one helped me...just pushed me around to the next person. They don't care about their customers and have 0 empathy! Only care about whatever commissions...& Will LIE to you in your face, just as long as they make that sale! And literally no one accepts any responsibility for correcting their mistakes. They still haven't credited me for the phones they have that was returned..it's been a month. AND they're charging my acc for monthly bill for svcs I don't even have. I've spoken to handfuls of customer service reps, order depts, fraud, managers, ...noone knows anything and can't help w literally anything! Just push you around so you give up. A month and issues still not resolved, but worse! They're happy to help u to make that sale, but for anything else, absolutely disheartening that they can get away with their horrible service. I wish this business nothing but the very worst. I now have to record our conversations just as proof of how they treat their customers! I encourage anyone else who has been traumatized by Verizon to see about filing lawsuit, that's just how horrible it is! If more people speak up about how they're being treated, it can stop what they're doing to people. I write this as I'm on the phone w them, now for the past 4 hours, being transferred 5x and absolutely no resolution. The other days I spent 8 hrs on the phone, and hung up on about 100x.

    Genuinely atrocious customer service. Went in at 6:30pm and waited for 20 minutes before someone came up to help. I explained what I was needing and he said he could help. I got an automated text telling me that I’d be notified when I was up next, so I sat in my car. I waited for nearly 2 hours and then when I tried to go back, the doors were locked and they refused to speak to me. When I told them I’d been waiting for 2 hours, the worker, Cade/Kade, shrugged and walked away. If you ever consider going to this store, do not. Any Verizon store would be better.

    Kade K. did such a superb job explaining my iPhone 16E upgrade. His customer service and patience is unparalleled. He was knowledgeable and no matter how many times I asked him to repeat himself or added on to the situation his reasonable answers and solutions guided the transactions beautifully.

    I came into the store to purchase a new phone. When I stepped into the store there were at least three customers standing in front of the desk waiting for service. There appeared to be 4 employees chatting and ignoring all the people standing in front of the desk. After waiting several minutes watching the employees talk, I approached an employee at the desk and asked “How do I get service?” I was then greeted as if I’d done something wrong. An employee greeted me and told me it would be a twenty minute wait. While I don’t mind waiting, I did call in advance and ask if I needed an appointment. The representative seemed more and more irritated that I was there. I left. To the owner/manager, Verizon is hands down the best cellular service domestic and international, so I’m not going to leave. However, there are a lot of places to purchase a phone. Customer service is important to me when I make a thousand dollar purchase. I will not be returning to that store again.I’m
