- BMbrandon matney4 days ago1.0I came into the store to purchase a new phone. When I stepped into the store there were at least three customers standing in front of the desk waiting for service. There appeared to be 4 employees chatting and ignoring all the people standing in front of the desk. After waiting several minutes watching the employees talk, I approached an employee at the desk and asked “How do I get service?” I was then greeted as if I’d done something wrong. An employee greeted me and told me it would be a twenty minute wait. While I don’t mind waiting, I did call in advance and ask if I needed an appointment. The representative seemed more and more irritated that I was there. I left. To the owner/manager, Verizon is hands down the best cellular service domestic and international, so I’m not going to leave. However, there are a lot of places to purchase a phone. Customer service is important to me when I make a thousand dollar purchase. I will not be returning to that store again.I’m

Said he was selling me a phone case for $16 said we was going to pay everything now so when my first bill comes it's not expensive well that didn't happen my bill came out was $350 something I had my 2 year old that day she wasnt listening very well but anyways I look at my receipt the phone case was $80 I paid for a couple other things which was $211 but nothing I was suppose to pay for that day so long story short he's a liar and should get in trouble for lying . (Added my husband to my plan) Barry said the phone he got is free pretty sure he lied about that too. Also Verizon service sucks my phone is slow and it's always glitching I financed a used phone my husband has the same problem but his phone is new.
