  I usually have no problems with cricket but I've been sitting outside this store here on east broad for the last 46 minutes since 10 am watching the employees walk around in side an not unlock the door they came out put a post it note on the door opens at 10:30 then 10:30 came and went an it's still locked an there still walking around in there.. if there's things you have to do before you open a store you get there early so you can open the store on time. not get there when the store is supposed to be open And then start everything you have to do. People have things to do and shouldn't have to wait were at 50 mins now from when the store should have been open Update: (finally was able to get in. Don't expect them to be open until at least an hour after the posted time I guess. Because they offered no explanation or anything.)

  While I give this location 5 Stars for service. The young guy working was great. However, while adding a line the computer generated a number based on my zip. That generated number is not a local number. I called customer service while in the store. They refused to change the number unless I paid an extra fee to do so.

  MY wife and waited at the front door from until 11:15AM today. According to your website & Facebook the store opens at 11AM on Sunday. We were coming to switch from sprint. No one answered the phone or unlocked the front door. We even attempted to knock on the door several times.
