I was told that if I traded in my old phones, which I had already paid off after three years, I wouldn’t have to pay for my new phone, but extra charges still appear on my monthly bill. They also told me I qualified for a free extra line, but instead a $73 charge was added, forcing me to remove the new line. I was also told that my bill would never increase after getting the new phone, but that was another lie. Even three years ago they told me that I wouldn't pay for my phone if I traded in, but I’ve been paying for two phones at $22/month each for the past three years.
