They also told me I qualified for a free extra line, but instead a $73 charge was added, forcing me to remove the new line. I was also told that my bill would never increase after getting the new phone, but that was another lie. Even three years ago they told me that I wouldn't pay for my phone if I traded in, but I’ve been paying for two phones at $22/month each for the past three years.

There is a lack of training and product knowledge. I got an extra phone number I did not want or need along with insurance on the replacement phone and the new phone line. I was told there was no charge for the "ghost" line and it was necessary to transfer data from the old phone. I tried to delete the new number and insurance on My Verizon app and could not. I returned to the store and was told they could not remove lines and I should go to the Verizon store. At Verizon store an associate told me they could not assist me since since I went through Victra. Three extra trips to Victra and I could not get waited on after waiting 15 to 20 minutes, even the mgr who was on-site ignored me and went outside to make phone calls rather that assisting me. The experiences are terrible.
