I asked since when do you have to make an appointment and the staff said for a while. We went to the Oregon ohio store and walked in no appointment needed. They were a little busy but got everything we needed. When my business account phone breaks I can't wait for an appointment. That costs me phone calls, customers, and money. I had used this store in the past and had great customer service but that was before appointments were mandatory.
