Once Colin observed the issue I was having, he provided no troubleshooting, simply telling me to try the corporate office. When I asked him to re-activate the phone that was on the service a mere two hours earlier, he said it wasn't compatible and could not add it. He again directed me to corporate without attempting to do anything. When I asked if there was anything he could do to get this line back, he tried to sell me a new phone. Even if there was ultimately nothing he could do, he didn't even try and was dismissive.
