- CCCourtnerdJul 22, 20251.0This is now my third time coming within two months due to fees and issues that was suppose to be taken care of when I first got the phone and kept being lied to . they were supposed to take care of and still have it three hours over the phone with Customer Care while coming to the store three times so far more than two hours timeframe and it just got so ridiculous. I’m just so ready to find a different Phone store and switch over. There is no reason why I had to come here three times for more than over 2 hours each time just for this to get taken care of and keep being lied to. Store is closed and yet I’m still here and they can’t seem to figure this out still .
