    -Response to owner’s comment. I’ve already resolved this directly with Verizon corporate, so I will not be providing personal account information by email. My concern was never addressed at the store level, and asking for my contact info after the fact doesn’t change that. My review is based on how poorly the situation was handled in person, and I stand by it. Save yourself the trouble and just order your phone from Verizon directly or go to their corporate stores. *Original Review. I was unable to pick up a phone I had already paid for because the store claimed their register would be unbalanced, even though Verizon confirmed everything was cleared. The manager did not escalate the issue and directed me to resolve it myself through Verizon. This was especially concerning since I rely on my phone as a medical device controller. Very disappointing experience.

    Not fair we don't get to speak with someone at the store because those support people the usual suspects are very smug and rude and they talk over you.. we would love to speak with the locals... Merica
