Got an email Sunday evening saying my order was cancelled. Called the corporate number wondering why? When they failed to communicate it was even ready. They said it was the stores responsibility to communicate that. The representative said they likely didn’t have it in stock and just decided to cancel the order.

My review is based on how poorly the situation was handled in person, and I stand by it. Save yourself the trouble and just order your phone from Verizon directly or go to their corporate stores. *Original Review. I was unable to pick up a phone I had already paid for because the store claimed their register would be unbalanced, even though Verizon confirmed everything was cleared. The manager did not escalate the issue and directed me to resolve it myself through Verizon. This was especially concerning since I rely on my phone as a medical device controller. Very disappointing experience.
