- JTJan ThompsonNov 12, 20255.0A great experience. I walked in with an iPhone from AT&T that I had just leased at Costco but data hadn't been transferred nor was my phone number transferred to AT&T. I did not know where to go to have that done since my old android phone was from Verizon so i decided to start with Verizon. The guy in the Verizon store priced out service for me if I switched to the newest Samsung Galaxy. Since the offer was similar to what AT&T was offering for the iPhone I went for a new android. I walked out of the Verizon store with a Samsung Galaxy 25+, data was transferred, got a new phone case, all set up for auto pay, helpful hints from the staff and a phone ready to use! I'll have to check out what other accessories go with this phone later. I would recommend the Verizon store on Navarre Av in Oregon and the phone! If I have any problems they told me to bring the phone in and they will help me. I was happy about that! My final thought is unless you're tech savvy (I'm not) don't try to change cellular service carriers and phones with different operating systems at the same time. Too confusing!

I had a small break in my service, but I’ve roughly been paying the same bill for two years and yet I still pay $54 plus some change every month so I’m not seeing a reduction. I don’t know what kind of false advertisement it is

I'm a buisness customer and the employee would not do a simple task of installing a screen protector that was not bought at their store ...2 days before that a different employee said they didn't have that particular screen protection for one of our phones --but yes, they'd install it for free when i bring it in ... so I bought a screen protector ..took it in to this store, and this other employee said he'd need to charge me ... and i was the only person there at the time ...I had a bad experience before this at this store.. with a all together different employee. Oh, and I never have had to leave a bad review for businesses that I can remember ..so this might be the first
