So my daughter and I ran to the store to replace her broken phone. 2 customers were inside, 4 employees working, I guess they didn't want to answer the phone when we called! The person we dealt with could not stop telling us we should do auto pay, I said no we don't want it, like 3 times! Then our plan was old, we all need to upgrade our phone! I got mad so I went outside! When it was over he had added a line to get her a "deal" on a phone! An extra line is 40.00, twice the price of the phone!! Verizon can't just get rid of that line, now we have send back the new phone to get that line removed from our account! We should have just went to apple store in Columbus and bought a phone, same prices, less hassle, and way cooler people at the Apple store! Avoid this place!! Avoid calling verizon!! Do what you can in the app or better yet, leave Verizon, they dont care about their customers anyways!!!!!!!

Just went in with my receipt and the rude manager AMY said if I had brought my shattered screen protector with me she would’ve replaced it. She was downright rude, admitting THEY build me wrong but she wouldn’t do anything to make it right. I have been a customer since 1995, thanks Verizon and supervisor AMY for nothing.
