All of this had to be straightened out later with additional visits to the store and calls to customer service. I regret going back to Verizon because even with trying to straighten things out, my bill is still higher than I was told. This is why I left verizon the first time...poor customer service at store.

They're are specifically salesman. Someone had hacked into my phone and was using it because I had a virtual SIM card. The people at this location had no idea how to help me. They didn't even attempt to help they told me I could use the corded phone but didn't give me the code to call out. I waited about 10 minutes nobody came help or check on me. I went to the location on Lexington avenue and they were able to fix my phone within 15 minutes. If you want real service go to the Lexington avenue Verizon not Ontario.
