  Yeah me and my girl we went in there and I had to pay my bill and for two lines I was paying $80 and so I wanted to change to a family plan so I added my daughter and my grandson to my plan and she had a phone and my grandson had a tablet and I gave the guy $112 the phone was on we was good will all phones were shut off at midnight that night I went in the store with my receipt said just give me my money back he wouldn't give me my money back I said on the phone with cricket four different times at 30 and 45 minutes at a time an three different people told me he should have gave me my money back he's rude he talks smart to people and this is the second time I've had problems with this guy there's no good reviews for this guy how is he still working at cricket this is what cricket wants to represent them

  DO NOT GO TO THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION , HE WILL OVER CHARGE YOU , i was charged 110.00 to activate 2 phones , i was thinking that included my bill as well , woke up to ALL phones turned off an being told i had to pay another 80 PLUS reactivation, I go back to the store an got thee nastiest service EVER , Im going to make it my mission to sit outside this store WITH ALL MY PROOF to warn others so they are not ripped off !!!!!!!

  They help you in whatever way they can.But the bad thing about going into store is you have to pay a $5.00 fee to pay your phone bill in store.Othwr stores either have a kiosk or don't charge a fee.Like bills aren't high enough

  I guess that I was dealing with Amir since he told me that he had been at this location for years. I have been back and forth to this store due to the issues I have been having with my phone from the date he switched my service from my iPhone XR to my IPhone 13. I have 2 lines connected in one device. When he switched the phones originally I requested to have my lines set up accordingly personal line assigned to physical sim, business line to eSIM - he connected them in reverse. I told him that I had my sim that could be reinserted into the 13 phone - he preceded to connect a new SIM card and then told me he couldn’t change it back unless I paid. I told him I wasn’t paying because he had not needed to change the SIM card in the beginning. I have had multiple issues with my service ever since allowing him to touch my phone in the beginning. I returned to request my phone be set up (SIM card) as I requested originally (I just wanted to rule out this as maybe the issue ) first he attempted to act as if he didn’t remember him setting it up that way, then he says he can’t change it because I was under a bridge pay at the time, fine So I attempt to wait some time longer to see if the situation will fix itself. It didn’t. I come in here today ( after now dealing with this issue over a few months. Again he tries to not remember at first then he keeps telling me the issue is that I turned off the 5G (even though I told him when he set it up originally it was on 5G and I was having the same issues), then he tells me he will change it if I pay, so I again reminded him that the issues began with him so not paying him to correct someone he caused. I will pay someone else but was told to bring it back to him first. So then he began eluding that the reason I keep coming back to him was because I couldn’t pay and wanted him to fix the issue for free. When I clearly stated I not only could but would pay anyone but him because that would be paying you for jacking up my service. I don’t recommend anyone to come to this Cricket location, find one anywhere else!! Two thumbs down!!

  I would rate it a 0 if possible. We went to this store on Sat 06/28. We are long time Cricket customers. We went to upgrade our phones. They didn't have what we wanted in stock and had to order them. But before we could pay for the phones, dude is grabbing covers and screen protectors. He didn't ask if we were looking for them. He did it in such a way that for a little bit we thought they were included with the phones as some special promotion. We picked out covers and he started ringing us up. We thought about shutting him down right then but didn't. I realize that is on us. We are pushovers and get mad later. This is on us, but I didn't like the way he forced everything on us. We talked about it and decided to return the covers and screen protectors. We happened to be close to a different store while running errands on Monday. They wouldn't accept the returns, said we had to take them back where we bought them. We drove straight there and were at the Norwood store at about 5 minutes before 7. They had already locked the door and would not let us in. The three employees stood looking at us and refused to even see what we needed. Closing time is posted as 7. We were there before 7. So my husband returned today. Everything in original packages, still in the same bag, with receipt. Dude won't return items only exchange them. 🤬 I am beyond mad about his aggressive sales tactics, them staring at us through the locked door before 7, and the exchange only routine. 0 stars. Do not recommend. Ready to call Cricket and return our phones and change wireless companies. 👎
