- TBTimmy BurgessNov 4, 20251.0Yeah me and my girl we went in there and I had to pay my bill and for two lines I was paying $80 and so I wanted to change to a family plan so I added my daughter and my grandson to my plan and she had a phone and my grandson had a tablet and I gave the guy $112 the phone was on we was good will all phones were shut off at midnight that night I went in the store with my receipt said just give me my money back he wouldn't give me my money back I said on the phone with cricket four different times at 30 and 45 minutes at a time an three different people told me he should have gave me my money back he's rude he talks smart to people and this is the second time I've had problems with this guy there's no good reviews for this guy how is he still working at cricket this is what cricket wants to represent them
- KBKimberly BowmanNov 1, 20251.0DO NOT GO TO THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION , HE WILL OVER CHARGE YOU , i was charged 110.00 to activate 2 phones , i was thinking that included my bill as well , woke up to ALL phones turned off an being told i had to pay another 80 PLUS reactivation, I go back to the store an got thee nastiest service EVER , Im going to make it my mission to sit outside this store WITH ALL MY PROOF to warn others so they are not ripped off !!!!!!!
