Damien helped me every the step of the way and made it a lot easier than I thought it would be! He walked me through my all options for phones and plans. I ended up getting the latest iPhone with the highest unlimited data plan since it is definitely best for my needs with how much my job requires me to be on my phone. He got me all of the extra perks with it like the streaming services. I will never go to any phone salesman again, and I recommend that everyone asks for Damien at this Verizon if they ever have any phone needs! He was very personable, and made it so it wasn’t awkward even when the “porting” (i think that’s what it was called) and transfer took a little while. Damien, if you see this, thank you so much for making it such a great experience! Oh and sorry for having so much storage on my old phone making it take long lol
