Went to the Chillicothe store at 1391 North Bridge St. they were very helpful and got the bill straightened up right away without the help of Cassie at Chillicothe Verizon I don’t know what we would have done. So if you need something done with your Verizon, save yourself, go to Chillicothe and talk to Cassie, Jamie, Adam or Bryson they are the best!!!
