He was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and set me up with everything I needed in about 40 minutes. If I need anything else I will be sure to ask for Austin.

They are ACTIVELY performing fraudulent transactions, and I'm sure I'm not the only customer this has happened to. This should not be allowed, I've never had such an awful experience with Verizon. Finally after spending hours on the phone with customer service they were able to fix the damage that the representatives here caused. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND STOLEN FROM!!! 0/10, do not recommend! Go to the Verizon on top of the hill, at least they will not lie to you!
