The clerk said to order one on Amazon and to bring it in and they would put it on my phone for me. I went back today and Wes said they would not help me. I explained what I had been told by the same store. He just sat on his stool leaning on the counter and said that they wouldn't do it. No reasons, no apology. Nothing. I asked to speak to the manager and Wes said he was the manager. Verizon, you are going down hill if Wes is the best you can come up with to manage the Mount Vernon store. Horrible service!

SO I went there and said I needed to do a return for an item purchased online. They said they couln't do that. I said I was told to by the online group AND the website says items bought online can be returned to a Corporate store. They maintained that they could not do that. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there wasn;t one available. Super poor customer service.
