    I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Alex at the Total Wireless store in Middletown truly deserves recognition. I had lost my phone and didn’t have all the proper details linked to my number, which made it extremely difficult to recover. I tried reaching customer support through chat and calls, but unfortunately, they weren’t much help. One day, I visited the Middletown store, and that’s when I met Alex. He patiently listened to my problem, created a support ticket on my behalf, and personally followed up with Total Wireless customer service for several days until the issue was fully resolved. Finally, he called me to let me know that my number was successfully restored — I was so relieved! What impressed me the most was his kindness and honesty. When I offered to pay for his time and effort, he simply said, “Bro, why should I charge you for such a small thing?” Most places would’ve charged for even minor help, but Alex went above and beyond without expecting anything in return. He’s a genuinely humble and helpful person — someone who truly cares about his customers.     My mom was having trouble with transferring her phone number from metro by t-mobile to Verizon. We originally went into the wrong store (pcs and total are side by side) but it was a blessing in disguise because Alex from Total was so helpful, straight out of the gate! He told us "This isn't metro, theyre next door, but if they can't help you come back and I'll set you up!" LOL! He was very polite and happy the whole time. We spent 20 minutes in metro before they essentially said they don't know what to do. So we went back to Total wireless and Alex saved our day! Since the phone we have is for Verizon, and total is WITH Verizon, he had her phone set up and ready to go in minutes!! Alex was a Godsend, and he knows his stuff! And Total wireless is a beautiful store filled with everything you could need in a cell phone store. Especially Alex! I totally recommend them!
