- TBTim BittingJul 23, 20251.0This is the absolute worst place to have to get anything done. WARNING ⚠️ no matter what you are trying to do it's going to take a minimum of 2 hours. If your getting a new phone make sure you have a solid 3 hours. The reps there can't do anything with out a manager. Forget about returning anything either. The manager has to be there to return anything and guess what... he doesn't have a set schedule. So basically you just have to keep taking time out of your week to go there and see if he is there because you can't call the store to find out because calling the number sends you to the general verizon number. Its sad that basic decency for customers has completely gone out the window.
