We walked in to the Verizon store super frustrated at our experience at TMobile after 25 years being their customer. Gage and Curtis were extremely helpful. They got us 4 lines, 4 phones, and deals on additional services we can use. Thank you so much for all the help and making us feel good about our decision leave TMobile.

I went to Verizon location Medina OH just for a SIM card. the welcoming got cold, the minute they heard my accent and saw my complexity which I usually don't pay attention to. I explained my situation to the store rep. whose name was CHACE calling himself "CORPORATE ". Thought it was ok to give him my ID so he could get into my account, this guy didn't even look at it and told me that I needed to show him my passport in order for him to do anything. [Note that I am a Verizon customer].I needed a SIM card for work so I gave him another proof of identification on top of my Government ID but nothing and basically showed me he does not have any intent of serving my type. I did not argue I took ID and went to another verizon store where I had my SIM card in less than 10mn. That was a very bad experience getting socially profiled.

I tried to switch from T Mobile,, they needed transfer codes and made me walk back and forth 5 times, Only two phones worked so I returned all the phones the same day. I continued to get a bill month after month for a number I had never heard of, I called several times and they said it was fixed. They sent me to collection and put this on my credit report.

I'm very grateful that Verizon is acknowledging long-time dedicated patrons. Its real, the deal is real. We went and verified. THANKS VERIZON But to complicated and I'm not supposed to worry about what the paperwork says today. I went into the store thinking maybe I would get a new phone because mine has been acting up. My husband and I did walk out with a brand new phone for me. That is basically free as long as I stay with Verizon for 3 years. I wondered why I can get a free phone. We were told that they give free phones to new lines and new people and that they realize they need to give to the people who have been dedicated loyal to Verizon over years. That is us. We definitely stated we do not want to pay for a third line, our salesperson assured us he will be giving us a ongoing credit so we will NEVER pay for a third line. He also found us a $50 credit and also lowered my husband's insurance bill since his phone is a little older now. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and told us to sign on the screen and don't worry about the numbers because the discounts have not been applied yet. He said the screen is not correct right now. So we did not study it. Therefore, he wrote all of the discounts down on our receipt by hand and approved them with his supervisor when he walked in the back. He folded it and put it in the bag and we did not go over it. Our salesman was super helpful. He pushed all the buttons and ran through everything super fast for us and it still took 2 hours. So I'm thankful that he just took control and went through everything for us. We did not have an understanding of what was going on. And It would have taken us 5 hours to read everything so he just breezed through it for us. My husband and I made positively sure that we would NOT be paying for three lines. There was a lot of manipulating with discounts that are supposed to show up on paperwork later when they go through. It was a very complicated way and I still don't know why our receipt has a number we don't recognize on it or why my old phone still works but on a different number. He told me it would work but we will not be paying for it because of the on going credit. Sure is complicated and it seems like you should be able to walk out with a correct receipt from the printer without handwritten discounts to be added later. But he did assure us what our ongoing bill would be and we're very happy with it. At home we see the paperwork and it makes no sense, a unknown phone number is on there and alive on my old phone. I said over and over I do not want a third line nor do I want to change my phone number. He assured us a few times we are not going to be paying for a third number.
