You had to pay the tablets internet up for 6 months and the current months phone service. My phone box said a charging cord was included but there was none. So, I'll be calling tomorrow to ask if it was left behind. I didn't know about the new chargers having a C on both ends and I didnt have a block to charge it with. Other than that I'm pleased with the Samsung Galaxy A26 phone and A9 tablet.
