    I was available for an upgrade I have been with the company for over 20 years. I currently had a Google pixel 6 and was eligible for an upgrade to a Google pixel 10 pro with my device fee of $40 dismissed and the phone for free and I didn't have to trade in my own phone as well. So I opted because it was late at night so I had to do it online and it seemed amazing the guy seemed like he knew who what he was doing. So I went along with it and upgraded only paid technically $11 because 58 went towards a gift card that I had on my account. So he got me all squared away and it said it would arrive on the 17th which was my birthday and I'm thinking oh my gosh that's amazing I can keep my old phone and give it to my 4-year-old as a Wi-Fi phone so I can actually have my phone at night instead of him taking it all the time lol. . Well the 17th came and no one showed up apparently the time schedule that they said that they would come they came like 15 minutes after I left for work and then they proceeded through UPS to come at the same time so I called ups and I'm like hey I'm not going to be there I have to work. Like I work second shift this isn't going to be a possible set schedule for me to be there to sign for the package can I just come in and pick up the package at the store and they said absolutely not. So it was this whole ordeal with UPS refusing to let me pick up the package in store when I know for a fact I'm not going to be home at the hours that they're saying that they're trying to deliver it so I called Verizon and they told me just come in cancel the order. I never got around to canceling it because by the time I went to cancel it it has already been returned to shipper. So they had already took my phone and decided to send it back to where it was sent from which was in Indianapolis I believe. So I went to the Verizon store today and a lovely lady by the name of Elyssa. Lord I hope I spelled that right. I went in at 4:00 and I told her straight away sighing as I walked to her and I told her that I was having issues that UPS wouldn't cooperate blah blah blah. She got on the phone with online services and spent literally two and a half hours of her time I didn't get out of there until about 5:30. Obviously during that time we had a lot of time to talk together she was supposed to get off at 5:00 and she had actually picked up that shift and she was literally doing the best she could like we were chit-chatting we were talking we were sharing sour patch kids I promised you I wouldn't tell the dirty details 😜 but she was beyond amazing. And honestly I hugged her when I left because I'm spending time away from my kids just to get this done she's spending time working away from her child just to do her job. And it was amazing coming accross her she was so Stern and aggressive but yet pleasant at the same time she wanted to make sure that things got done for me on my end that day before I left. I'm telling you right now I will never forget you Elyssa 🩷 you have no idea how much I appreciate you. You spent so much time and talked to two different people just trying to get things done. You saved Christmas for me and my little ❤️ 10/10 highly recommend this Verizon store. They will do everything within their power to see you get taken care of. Thank you again!

    Quinton the rep. My experience here was very, very good. The service is fast and very good. Explain to me quite well and overall. I am very happy with the service unless I do a very fine job. Give him a raise, thank you. I came in to cancel my account after my wife passed away and Q was helpful in explaining my opinions and helped save me money by changing my account around. Thank you Verizon he was really good at his job
