Unfortunately, the process has been both awful and infuriating. We voiced concerns about some areas being uneven, and had them come out several times since and we’ve been ghosted on trying to figure it out ourselves. The flooring is uneven and the edges have broken down and disconnected in several areas. To say we are heart broken that we spent this amount on flooring is an understatement. They have great reviews but that just wasn’t our experience. I would not use or recommend this company.

I had one small follow-up request that Dave responded to and the service department took care of very quickly. My experience was very positive.
