When we talked to customer service they said this store being a corporate store is the only one that can do internet disconnect/ dropp off. Turns out they were just being lazy. Staff is incompetent and if you want real service go down the road next to chase bank night and day difference between the stores.

They decided it was "corporate policy" to not help people port phone numbers over even though the corporate store I spent 4 hours in the day before did that fine for me...touching my phone and everything! The EXPRESSLY TOLD ME TO SEND THEM THIS STORE. But my parents had to call the number and I had to relay the information on one phone while they were on the other. They totally could have helped them dial the right number and handle it. After waiting 30 minutes for the manager, Brandon to "get out of a meeting" he proceeded to just talk and talk even though I begged him to just let me start by giving him the facts. He just kept saying policy and would not let me talk and SERIOUSLY walked away from my parents in the store saying he would not "go back and forth" with anyone not present. I hope people are nicer to his parents. This was another hour of my life I'll never get back. Oh, the result - I have to call back in 2 days and do it all over again because they did something wrong on the activation date. Unbelievable!
