    My family has had what we thought was a great experience on someone trying to help get the most out of our verizon plan and saving money but it turned out to be the worst experience after all the "new great changes" were implemented. First we had a very large bill one month along with 1 or 2 months of, its will be lower next month. Then I went into the store after my mom had been hospitalized etc, trying to figure out why the bill still was higher than what they told us. We find out the guy who helped my parents doesnt work there anymore and that he was apparently having issues with management. And then we find out the phone my dad turned in for credit was not turned in per verizon and we then are told by management that they will be investigating etc. Month goes by and nothing changes and no one contacts us. I go back in and the manager that was working with us was leaving and her last day was only a few days away. Did we get any information or help, no and still no contact from management. Amd the guy who tries to help again Basically tells me its our fault or that we are out if luck, they cant and pretty much wont help us. And now its been almost 6 months and nothing has happened. Disappointed in everyone. And you cant even call the store because everything is streamlined through a call center that doesnt even have Americans and they wont/cant get ahold of the store. You have to go inside and talk to a different person everytme and wait forever for then to not help with the issue they created

    My family just switched to verizon and we are starting to realize that it was a huge mistake. The service goes in and out all the time plus the customer service at this location is awful!!! Save yourself the headache and drive to a different location.

    Hi, I came into Verizon store in Hartville, around 430 quarter to 5 on a Sunday evening and Jeremy waited on me. He was the only person in the in the business. I had an issue with my Samsung phone, and I just wanted to say that Jeremy was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and kind in helping me resolve my issue. So I just want to recommend him for his help. And I hope that this helps him in his quests to be a succesful employee in the verizon store.
