    I have an iPhone 16 Pro plus. I went to upgrade my phone to 17. The girl who tried to take care of me was not motivated to do anything if she did not want to work. She should’ve just called off if she was unhappy or whatever. But if you’re gonna be there and get paid, you should do your job. She told me that my phone was reported as stolen even though I have the phone right here I never reported it stolen. I asked her what my next option started. She said I can’t do anything because your phone is stolen. I told her again why don’t you just look at the MEIE or whatever you can see the phone right here my matches I am who I am. What is the problem? It was so embarrassing for her to say that my phone was stolen where I was trying to do some kind of scam. I had my ID I had everything she just wasted my time and lied about that whole thing about my phone being reported as stolen. I asked her if she can just call whoever and get it to where I can upgrade the phone. She just was useless. I did not know her name. I think she was like Spanish or something. Torta. I went there on a Saturday. I got my iPhone 16 from the same location and she even acknowledge that she can see that cause she didn’t feel like working that day because she told me I had to call Verizon myself and the way it was 35 minutes. I have then proceeded to just order it on my Verizon app. Customer service these days are just standards are just horrible. I’m in the restaurant business. I enjoy what I do but people like me from having a bad day. I don’t take it out of my customers.

    I would put no stars but I have to put one so I just got my phone bill and it's over $300. I added a line for my husband and we went in and spoke to a guy. Told us that we was going to just do everything right there the activation fee all that. So on our first bill it wasn't going to be a lot of money and then he sold us a otterbox and said he would give us a deal. Told us it would be $20. Well we had our 2-year-old daughter with us so we really wasn't paying attention nor did we think that something that's supposed to be professional is going to get us so i get my receipt out and dude lie to us so bad when we went in and got this phone told us the phone was free it's not told All the activation and all that was being paid for that day I paid 211 but what I paid for was a 80 dollar phone case card activation In a device setup I'm pist and something should be done for real

    Im a long haul truck driver that's been with Verizon for 3yrs after being with AT&T for 12yrs thinking Verizon was a better option we'll I found out that the rot& corruption starts from the top on down! As soon as I needed Verizon they tried and did rob me while I was in need of life threatening help. First I called in talked to a representative for 3hrs while she and her supervisor tried to find ways to get me out of money, I had broke my phone while I was far away from home, so you know how our phones are our life line, and holds everything including our bank access, well Verizon took full advantage of my situation and made the bad experience even worse, now being that I was stuck hundreds miles from home they held me on the phone for 3hrs, then told me I could go pick up a new phone but when I get there the guy that was helping me stole my Sim card erased my phone a galaxy 24 ultra and replaced it with some cheap piece of crap that I pay 193 a month for but my Sim card that the guy stole has all my personal information on it and I'm trying to get it back plus they erased my galaxy 24 ultra so I can't get it replaced. This is very criminal tactics that they are using against me. Never go to grove city Verizon in Columbus Ohio. OK Verizon i just filled out the review sheet like you asked me, now let's see if any accountability will come out of this. I very much doubt it after seeing what grove city Verizon employees are willing to do to loyal customers. If they done this to me it's not their first time.
