We came in due to a billing issue that AI told us we would need to visit the store in person for. Our bill was over-charged $1,000. We waited over 2 hours to get the issue resolved that the staff blamed on a former employee. It is worth the drive to visit another location.

I waited for over 20 minutes for a 3rd employee to come out from the back and process my return in less than a minute. Wasted 20 minutes for no reason.

The manager Sam told me to move from against the wall and stand in the middle. Mind you there was no seating and there was another girl standing against the wall on the other side. So I went to the other side to stand and not even a min later I was told to move again. At this point I'm frustrated because I was waiting for a long time, So I left out because how you tell me to move but there were other people standing against the wall and nobody told them anything. I felt discriminated and I put in a formal complaint as well. I was never serviced and still haven't gotten help from them or the company its self. I do plan on taking this further as well. I have proof!

The young man I had was short at best ended up telling me I was quite rude.i was asking questions that he couldn't answer .then he hooked me up to veri,on from the store to online help.then a repairman started grinding and I couldn't hear I asked a girl clerk if she could ask him to stop she was short to and said he has a job to do. So I gathered up everything and put it on my walker and slowly made my way to the other side of the store .my billing is still not right and yes I am going back into the store and ask for a manager that hopefully won't hold it against me for being 77.
