    Verizon is not the company they use to be. The guy that tried to help me was awesome. The technician service sucks. Those people CANT SPEAK CORRECT ENGLISH. I could not understand them. I called several times. Super frustrating. My phone is still not fixed

    Hunter from Verizon is amazing! I switched my entire family from AT&T to Verizon because of his outstanding service and continued support even after the sale . He went above and beyond to help me resolve issues with porting my number from AT&T. I can’t thank him enough for his patience, professionalism, and genuine care for customers. Verizon is lucky to have him—I hope his manager sees this!

    Alyssa provided exceptional customer service!!!! She was so positive, kind, thorough and helpful, I am so pleased to have had her help with my service issues that my initial terrible experience with verizon as a new customer has been completely restored thanks to her. She took her time carefully answering my questions and covering my every concern and providing me with true clarity. She said she was still learning and yet she provided the most thorough and overall BEST customer service than anyone who claimed to help me at Verizon via phone call overseas. I recommend anyone who wants exceptional customer service and care from Verizon to seek Alyssa at this location. Thank you.

    I went to the Verizon store in Fairlawn on Sunday to get help on transferring over and Jason helped us out. He was so beyond helpful and made my process so so easy. Especially because I was dealing with a tough situation. 10/10 recommended Jason for all your Verizon needs!
