    Refused to order phone from store, just gave the 1800 customer service phone number to call, the stores would order for me and let to pick up the phone from store, only reason of my visit to this location was closer to my current stay. It’s weird that all verizon stores say different stories at different locations.

    Horrible customer service all 3 times I have visited this location. Billing issues since 1st of December with no resolution. Customer service and this retail location made us feel like delinquent. NOT HAPPY!!

    It was ok I had an issue with what I pay for my phone bill which is 128 dollars a month. To me it was extremely high for a phone . But the guy I dealt with I got pretty angry because I told him how high my plan was when my wife was on it with me and he said there is no way .so I plainly told him look man I know what I paid for the plan ,so I paid my phone off and I believe I will give spectrum Mobil a try do to my plan would be around 50 dollars with unlimited talk and text .

    Store is no help at all. Screwed up my billing. Illegally shut my phone off causing me to lose money until I paid cash. Do not go to this store they just try to up sell and screw up ur billing and will turn ur phone off without any notices on ur account. Paid in full on time every month. Close your store. Also the cash machine in there looks like a money laudering machine. Doesn't attract the right customers. Never coming back to Verizon or signing any deals with them. Also noticed recently u guys said u slowed down peoples phones. I noticed that while working. I paid good money to have the fastest service so I wouldn't have cellular issues. You guys suck !
