- MWMindy WeaverJun 4, 20251.0If I could give 0 starts I would. Went here because for the past three months. VERIZON WILL NOT LET ME PAY MY BILL. I’ve had to physically come into the store to pay or I can’t pay at all. Yesterday I was in an accident leaving Verizon. I just switched to T-mobile today because I went into the store for the 5th time even after my accident. The manager put me on the phone with the billing department after showing him receipts of my paid bill and treated me my mother and finance like complete garbage. I kept saying how much I appreciated him helping me but he wouldn’t listen when I told him I had already spoke to billing and every other department for the past three months. This company does not care about its customers… I’ve been with them for over 12 years. Im RELIEVED to get rid of this company and its rude representation.
