- TDThomas DeckardAug 16, 20251.0I highly advise to avoid this store I went in for a simple pickup up of a order I placed online for a phone upgrade. My journey started at 130pm on Thursday and continued until 2pm the following day. They kept claiming there was a error when I called Verizon they stated all was good and was to just pick up the device but the one store people said different. They continued to stall until they were able to convince me the best corse was to cancel the online order and reorder with them in store. I agreed because I was tired of standing in the store and that's when they hit me with the $75 fee whereas doing it online there was no fee. So to conclude, I did not get an upgrade I highly advise not going to the store make the trip to Lima to her actual Verizon store, not this third party circus. And timeless dial or crafted to elevate your home. On a side note, there is an older lady in there that is very incompetent at her job
