Tried and tried all day to get their online to work. Went into the store that evening and some dense red head was sitting there with two other people. She asked how she could help me and I specifically asked how long it would take to activate new phones. She said it depended. Then asked what I needed. Ummmmm I thought I just said it but ok. I need to get multiple new lines and have been trying all day and their website was not working correctly. She turned and said oh you just need to make a payment. I’m guessing English isn’t her first language or common sense is lacking with this one. I simply said to have a good night and left. Don’t have the time or the energy for someone that can’t put two and two together or not even listen. Hubby and I sat in the parking lot watching her talk about me to the other customers. Seriously? I know they were because they kept turning around to look at us. They need to rethink who they employ. If this is who represents their company I’m terrified.

We showed up at 11:30 in the morning on a Wednesday and there was no one at the store even though it says they’re open online and their door hours say they open at 10. And we had nothing but issues online and they told us to show up in person ant the store and there’s literally no one at the store. Doors are locked at 11:30 on a Wednesday morning.

This second time this happing this and is getting words when it coming to customer service even those there is a lot of complaining about this store no action been taking so this people must have high people at cricket so don't complain just go there Cricket they can't stop this rude store to go there you have to be white very simple

Went in and was wondering why I was getting charged for insurance for my phone when I didn't want it nor was I asked if I wanted it . And went back in 2 days later and asked and was told it's a company wide thing which it's not and was treated poorly and the woman working was very rude . Get better employees who actually do there jobs right .

Amber and associate in Defiance made our experience the best, with the terrible time we had with Boost mobile which we have been with for years and to be treated in the way we were and with Verizon when we tried to switch over to them was a horrible experience. It was a breath of fresh air to be treated the way Amber and team mate did and they took care of everything. No stress easy going. Thank you so much. We are very happy customers. 😊
