- TSTanishia StallingsDec 27, 20251.0I recently visited the Verizon on Howe rd because I had a device pick up for two phones this had been scheduled 4 hours in advance I called to check on the status 30 mins after placing the order with customer service and was told it would be ready in an hour when I showed up I received a message that my order had been cancelled which means they entered my account without my authorization I received an email saying I cancelled my order which was a lie and confusing after speaking with an associate he informed me my order was cancelled by another associate because they had another customer that needed the phone I was very upset because my order had been secured and paid for when I asked to speak to the manager he was arrogant, rude and totally disregarded my transaction and basically made me feel like my sale was not important because there were other people that needed the phone this guy has no customer service skills and has no business being in a position to manage anyone I will say Dane did assist us in getting one phone and tried to be positive in the situation but due to the rude unjustified behavior of the manager I will not return he has no sense of logic or right from wrong and stood his ground on his decision to take my paid for transaction and give it away he is a horrible representative of Verizon
