    Long story short: initially had an incredibly bad experience upgrading my phone by a poorly trained (although friendly) associate. This transaction ended up costing me over 2k in unexpected charges. I contacted the company and they addressed the issue and made it right. Mistakes happen. I’m happy management rose up to address the issue satisfactorily when it was brought to their attention. Will continue doing business here.
