Matt was awesome getting the 2 in store to work flawlessly. Then he took the time to help us get the two we took home running. I messed up and he talked me through restoring one and getting the apps and photos to the new phone. The second phone needed the number ported. He called Verizon on a 3 way and we got the other phone going. I hate to say it but customer service like this is rare to find... and Matt showed professionalism and PATIENCE in spades dealing with me. I can't thank him enough!

Neil was helping us get our trade in phone turned in after having set up my wife’s new line at a different location. Neil went above and beyond and helped us get the trade in completed and got us a credit back for something that wasn’t even in our radar for the visit that day. I was hesitant to have him dive into that process as we were in a hurry, but Neil said he promised it would be fairly quick process since he had listened to us and wrote down all the notes he would need for customer service. It was FAST, we got our credit, and left feeling so good after Neil OVER DELIVERED on what he said he would do. I won’t be buying a phone anywhere else and you better believe I’ll be looking for Neil next time we come in for anything!
