Part of the challenge was understanding the person in customer service. After much frustration, we opted to visit the Verizon store at 1307 W 5th Avenue, Columbus. Hunter with assistance from Liz spent a great deal of time to resolve our billing dispute and we walked away with a better discount. Thank you, thank you for your assistance in resolving the billing issue (Military discount and another unknown charge) and your patience, and lowering our monthly bill. Charmaine & Michael Hamilton
