Brett was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and presented me with two different options for how to finance the new plan and phone. He also showed me how to set up a phone backup. When I came in Saturday morning to get the new phone (which had to be delivered because it was an iPhone 17 air), the salesperson (I forgot his name unfortunately) was great and got me set up with the phone, case and screen protector, and answered my questions about the different cases. Finally when the backup finished and I came to trade in my new phone Saturday afternoon, that process was handled very quickly and easily as well. I had a complicated order so I was expecting it to take a while to get it all done but the staff on multiple occasions was super helpful, knowledgeable, and professional and made it completely painless for me!
