    Terrible Experience! I placed an order for a light blue iPhone Air 256GB for my mother on November 2 which the Verizon app said would be ready in just two hours for pickup and that I should wait for the email saying that it is ready for pickup. They finally sent me the email that it was ready for pickup on November 6 and then they cancelled the pickup order on the very same day saying that I didn’t pick it up! How is that fair to me? That’s not enough time between the email being sent and canceling the order. The Verizon website says that they will hold pickup orders for 4 days before canceling the order. I have never had such a bad experience at Verizon before. Please go to any other Verizon store besides this one!

    If you go to deliver your phone for a trade in, and they do not have the exact documented value for the trade, do not give them your phone! The guy assured me that the value would be updated on the next billing cycle. I did not agree to sell my phone for $200, I agreed to sell it for $829. After 8 months I am still fighting with Verizon to honor the contract that they entered when I made the trade in agreement. Multiple phone calls to their call center and they are still telling me the same thing: next billing cycle. Do not believe anything they say, get it in writing.

    Worked with Austin and Noel at this store, they were awesome. They helped me upgrade my phone, somehow save money and when my new phone had an issue they got it replaced for me. 10/10 if you’re looking for a store this is the place

    I recently visited this Verizon location and had a very disappointing experience that I feel deserves to be addressed. The representative who assisted me — a young woman at the counter — displayed a noticeably poor attitude throughout my visit. From the beginning, she seemed disinterested in helping and made the entire interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. Despite the fact that I had just purchased a new phone, I was treated with little to no respect or professionalism. She appeared impatient and dismissive when I asked simple questions, and at one point even misplaced my phone box. When I asked for help resolving the issue, there was no effort or accountability on her part. I was left feeling disregarded and frustrated. What made the situation worse was that I couldn’t help but feel that her behavior may have been influenced by my age — as though my concerns or purchase were not taken seriously because I’m younger. Every customer, regardless of age or background, deserves to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, especially when making a significant purchase. This experience completely changed my view of Verizon’s in-store customer service. I expected better communication, respect, and accountability from a company of this size and reputation. I truly regret visiting this location and will not be returning. I strongly encourage Verizon to review its customer service training and ensure that all employees understand how to treat customers with fairness and professionalism.
