Been here waiting 45 mins just to drop off a damn phone and they’re all tied up with other people. Some reps are just walking around doing nothing but “checking people in” how about you put the tablet up and actually help this long line of people.

I placed an order for a light blue iPhone Air 256GB for my mother on November 2 which the Verizon app said would be ready in just two hours for pickup and that I should wait for the email saying that it is ready for pickup. They finally sent me the email that it was ready for pickup on November 6 and then they cancelled the pickup order on the very same day saying that I didn’t pick it up! How is that fair to me? That’s not enough time between the email being sent and canceling the order. The Verizon website says that they will hold pickup orders for 4 days before canceling the order. I have never had such a bad experience at Verizon before. Please go to any other Verizon store besides this one!

The guy assured me that the value would be updated on the next billing cycle. I did not agree to sell my phone for $200, I agreed to sell it for $829. After 8 months I am still fighting with Verizon to honor the contract that they entered when I made the trade in agreement. Multiple phone calls to their call center and they are still telling me the same thing: next billing cycle. Do not believe anything they say, get it in writing.
