The associate that helped me; A.J. Was a Blessing!! Was very personable and able to be a savior to all my problems 🙏🏼 I upgraded and has a surplus of issues with a few trade ins (Thanks Best Buy 😒) but the legendary A.J. Was able to resolve my issues and answer my questions in a manner that was professional and personable! Verizon is lucky to have such a rockstar working for them!

Be prepared to wait two hours. Staff disappera in the back constantly. My first visit the customer rep was great but I noticed the long wait. My second visit its like the back room is a lounge spot where employees go when they dont want to be seen or play on phone. Its unfortunate because some of the staff are great.

Horrible. They don't handle "Business" accounts. But you aren't told that until you have sat in their really uncomfortable chairs for 30+ minutes.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rep in store said I could upgrade my home internet equipment and get NFL Sunday Ticket free. I asked multiple times about a catch. He said none. I had to change over all the WiFi stuff in my house to the new one and set it all up. I had to return to the store and return the box. Then I had to return the extender by UPS and set up a new one. Nothing about NFL Sunday Ticket. Returned to the store today because phone rep said I had to take it up with them. They left me waiting for 30 minutes and returned with a phone number to call and said they cannot do anything else but admitted I was lied to. I called the number they gave me and it was for a prepaid card. Absolutely horrible service. Do not go to this store!
Update: Took the actions noted in the response below. Haven't heard a thing. I had my hopes up but this is consistent with how I've been treated all along.
