I've stopped in this location at least 3x this past week for a pick up and every time I'm in there, the representative has to call the manager. If the manager has been doing this for over 14 years, why is he never there to run the store or properly train his team? I've wasted over 5 hours dealing with this store and their mess ups with my order. FULLY AVOID PICKING UP FROM THIS STORE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY. There's only ever one person working and there is no guarantee they know what they are doing.
