They were having trouble with the system (which I completely understand) and I was told to come back the following week to talk to district manager. When we returned the gentleman who told us to come back pretended he didn't know anything about the situation and district manager was still out. Was given direct number to store which has been called multiple times with no answer. Left voicemail which wasnt retunred. Also was given district managers number, again wasn't answered, and voicemail not returned. Had to personally elevate issure to corporate Verizon for resolution. My advice only ever shop at Verizon owned Verizon stores.
