So I returned the phone and the manager Jen helped me change to another phone and it was malfunctioning as well. So after returning the 2nd phone she have me a different phone and some accessories. I should have been refunded 15.19 for the difference but I never received it yet. I went to the store on December 10th 2021 to get some help. The assistant manager Leah tried to help me but later became angry and very rude and disrespectful she even used profanity and told me to leave the store. I tried to reach corporate office but never heard back from anyone or received my refund.
