She helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. I had some user error as well as technical difficulties with my phone that her as well as Riley were able to patiently help me work through. I watched as the Verizon team provided an excellent customer service experience to other customers while I was there. The mood was jovial, and the music was tasteful. I would also like to commend Amber for her active leadership of the team and her careful and thorough explanation of the deal I was lucky to receive. If you’re reading this in early November, get in and get an iPhone 17 (which I am already loving) before they run out. I had to get a purple one due to short supply on account of the magnificent offer Verizon is running right now. Thank you, Verizon!

I switched to verizon 40 days ago, and this was the worst decision ever. I regret that. I am writing the review, while on the call with the billing people to fix again one of the associates mistakes where she didnt submit my bills for the promotion and I dont have access to my previous carrier anymore. They scammed me with the billing qoutes, with the services, everything they told me was false. The store manager "Amber" is nice but the associate that helped me is horrible. I am so disappointed. Verizon should have control on sales associates , they ruin its reputation! I will cancel my plan soon.
- SDSterling DieselOct 14, 20251.0Verizon customer for 20+ years, ordered a phone for pickup, received notification that the phone was ready for pickup, called to verify it was ready for pickup and was told yes and we could come get it right away. Upon arrival we were told they would be right back with the phone. We waited about 10 minutes before asking where the phone was and why it was taking so long when no less than 4 employees were standing around doing absolutely nothing. The response from the manager was that if we didnt like it we could leave and they would cancel our order (for a Galaxy S25 Ultra). I asked why they told us the phone was ready for pickup if it wasnt actually ready and she told me that it meant the phone was ready to be packed, not for pickup. I asked why they didnt just say that when I had called and she told me it didnt matter, that I was being rude by asking questions and that our order didn't matter to her. Pathetic.
