I recently bought a phone because they were out of stock, and the employee told me to purchase the “iPhone Air” and then upgrade in two weeks. Now that the employee no longer works there—and they kept the box—I’m being told I have to pay more out of pocket just to have a phone. This is unacceptable. I am very disappointed with this version of your service carrier.
